Exchange/Return Policy
- We offer both exchanges and refunds.
- You need to have your invoice # from your receipt to process your request.
- From outside Canada, declaration stickers (supplied by post office) must be marked "Returning Canadian Goods".
- All returns and exchanges must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will be refused.
- Before returning your item for exchange or refund, you must request a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA). You can do this via email to us at

. Your RGA form must include your invoice #, style #, and size of the item. A description of the reason for the return must be provided.
- All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Where returns are accepted for defect, Leather Cave will reship at no cost. Freight reimbursement for prepaid returns will be based on the least expensive method of shipment.
- Returned merchandise for refund must be in saleable condition, unworn and undamaged.
- You will be refunded the price of the item plus the applicable taxes. Refund excludes shipping fees.
- No returns are accepted without an RGA. The RGA number must be visible on the front of your returned package.
